It is on the Mediterranean coast, in the south of France that this rosé wine has its origins. A refreshing wine carried by notes of crunchy fruit, inseparable from its surprising bottle.
TASTING NOTE
A wine with a pale rosé color, with perfume and lightness : the Mediterranean spirit with freshness as a bonus.
The aromas explode with notes of fresh fruits, red fruits mixed with stone fruits. There are also some notes of exotic fruits that add to the personality of this wine. The palate is light, greedy and always fresh.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
A wine that holds its own without a gastronomic partner. Fresh and fruity served as an aperitif drink, but revealed in full with savoury cakes, verrines and hummus or aubergine caviar toasts. Du (grand) kif !
WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested at the end of summer, at the coolest times of day, then pressed directly, with short maceration and cold filtering. The must is stabilized on lees for several hours to enrich the future wine. Lastly, its very fruity aromas are awakened by temperature-controlled fermentation.
